Acceptance of terms

Wibbit is operated by Wibbit Labs Corporation, a Wyoming C-Corporation. By creating an account on Wibbit, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Because Wibbit is built for kids, the parent or legal guardian creates the account and agrees to these terms on behalf of their child. The child agrees to follow Wibbit's community rules (described under "Acceptable use" below) when they use the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an account.

Who can use Wibbit

Wibbit is intended for kids ages 10 and up, used with parental consent. A parent or legal guardian must:

• Create the billing account.
• Provide consent for any child under 13 (see the Privacy Policy for how this works).
• Stay responsible for the child's use of Wibbit while signed in to the family's account.

Accounts

• One account per child. Please don't share kid accounts between siblings — progress, hints, and personalization don't work right when the data is mixed.
• Parents are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• If you suspect someone is using your account without permission, email hello@wibbit.ai so we can help lock it down.

Subscription, billing & cancellation

Wibbit is a subscription product offered in monthly and annual plans.

Free preview. Wibbit offers a free preview that unlocks a portion of the curriculum; subscribing unlocks the full course library. The free preview is progress-gated, not time-gated — there is no countdown clock. You can spend as long as you'd like in the free preview before deciding to subscribe.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically. We send a renewal notice before each charge so you can cancel ahead of renewal if you choose.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@wibbit.ai. After cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and then it does not renew.

Refunds. Refunds are handled case by case. Contact hello@wibbit.ai for refund requests.

Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe. Wibbit does not store card numbers.

Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your subscription where required by law.

Acceptable use

When you use Wibbit, please:

• Be kind. No harassment of other users or of Wibbit staff.
• Don't try to extract, copy, or redistribute Wibbit's curriculum content (lessons, mascots, written explanations, code) outside the platform.
• Don't scrape the site, the app, or our APIs.
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application.
• Don't share your account login with people outside your family.
• Don't use Wibbit to break the law or to harm anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

User-generated content

Wibbit collects answers to quizzes, written responses to challenges, and other inputs as part of how the lessons work. We may use this content in aggregate or anonymized form to improve the curriculum, debug lessons, and shape future content.

We do not publicly display kid-generated content. We do not post a child's writing or work to the internet, and we do not share it with other users.

Wibbit's content & intellectual property

The Wibbit curriculum, brand, mascot, written content, code, and design are owned by Wibbit Labs Corporation. Subscribing gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your family's learning. It does not give you the right to copy, redistribute, resell, or republish Wibbit content.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time (see "Cancellation" above).

Wibbit may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — for example, accounts that abuse other users, attempt to extract curriculum content, or share logins. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to correct the issue first. For serious violations we may act immediately.

Disclaimers

Wibbit is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to make the platform useful and reliable, but we don't guarantee specific educational outcomes — learning is individual, and progress depends on a lot of things beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wibbit disclaims all implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement) beyond what is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wibbit Labs Corporation's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Wibbit in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Wibbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by emailing hello@wibbit.ai will be handled under Wyoming law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves or as the law requires. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here and notify subscribers by email. Continued use of Wibbit after we post a change means you accept the updated terms.
